Already a Runner? Join us for a scenic run, now that the evenings are lighter . .
We are a very friendly and enthusiastic group. Not super speedy, we run and chat. We have a ‘peeling back’ system so that no-one is ever left behind, and no-one is at the back all the time. Our group has a range of ages and speeds - from gentle joggers to speedier members entering 5k, 10k and longer races.
If you can already run for about 30 minutes at a steady pace, then you are very welcome to join our club at any time during the year.
We meet every Monday at 7pm at the Home Park.

Beginners' Course
Our next Beginners’ Course will start on Monday 8th April and finish on Monday 10th June with a Fun Run. It is suitable for absolute beginners or for those returning to running after a break.
