Already a Runner?
We are a very friendly and enthusiastic group. Not super speedy, we run and chat. We have a ‘peeling back’ system so that no-one is ever left behind, and no-one is at the back all the time. Our group has a range of ages and speeds - from gentle joggers to speedier members entering 5k, 10k and longer races.
If you can already run for about 30 minutes at a steady pace (covering 2.5 to 3miles), then you are very welcome to join our club at any time during the year.
We meet every Monday at 7pm at the Home Park.

Our ever popular Beginners’ Course starts on Monday 11th May 2026, and is suitable for absolute beginners or those returning to running after a break. *** Sorry - this course is now fully booked, no more places available ***
Weekly sessions each Monday evening at 7pm will take you gradually up to a 5k Fun Run on 6th July. Family and friends are welcome to cheer you on, and we all join in a picnic afterwards.
